History of AIP: AIP has been in business of serving Central Florida's property management industry since December 2005. Prior to moving closer to Orlando in 2005, AIP had over 25 years of experience in  flipping and maintaining investment properties in the Daytona Beach area. This experience gives AIP the in depth knowledge of feasible repairs and maintenance for a property.
